REMOVAL OF SUPPORT FOR TLS 1.1 PROTOCOL
Blackhawk Network will be discontinuing support for the TLS 1.1 protocol on the API gateway at api.blackhawknetwork.com on September 1st, 2020.
To avoid any service disruptions you will need to update all systems/applications making calls to api.blackhawknetwork.com to TLS 1.2 before September 1st, 2020.
Why is Blackhawk Network removing support for TLS 1.1?
This change is being made as part of our continual review of supported security and encryption protocols as part of our best practices.
What do I need to do?
