The following values for fulfillment Status is supported

NEW

Request Submitted

IN_PROCESSING

Preparing the Order for Fulfillment

IN_FULFILLMENT

Order Received by Fulfillment Partner to personalize, pick, pack and ship.

SHIPPED

This is an end-state. Fulfillment is complete.

Shipping info (e.g., tracking number, proxy card number, shipped on date, etc.) will now be available.

ERROR

An error preventing fulfillment processing causing order to be at risk (of fulfillment and/or SLA). BHN Operations will review and determine next steps. No action required by the DDP.

REJECTED

The order/item was rejected on order request.

The rejection reason at order and item level are available. See below for possible reasons for cancellation.

This is an end-state. Order cannot be resumed.

CANCELLED

The order/item was rejected after order was accepted, but could not be fulfilled.

The cancellation reason at order and item level are available. See below for possible reasons for cancellation.

This is an end-state. Order cannot be resumed.

RISK PROCESSING

The order is currently in the Risk Queue

RISK HOLD

The order is pending manual review by a Risk agent

Item Delivery Status Values

The following values for Delivery status

Definition

IN-TRANSIT

Physical - Cards in the order have been fulfilled and mail courier has picked up the packages
eGift - Cards in the order have been fulfilled and email sent to recipient

DELIVERED

Physical - Courier has provided tracking information that the package has been delivered
eGift - The recipient's email domain, ie @gmail.com, has provided a response the card has been delivered

DELIVERED_SPAM

eGift - The email was delivered to the recipient's SPAM folder

DELIVERED_OPEN

eGift - the email was read by the recipient

RETURNED

Physical - Mail was returned for being undeliverable and updated manually by BHN Customer Support Agent
eGift - The recipient's email domain, ie @gmail.com, has declined to accept the email. The email cannot be sent to this email address and has been added to the blacklist

BOUNCED

eGift - The recipient's email domain, ie @gmail.com, has not responded with a Delivered or Returned response. eGift email could be resent via manual intervention from BHN Customer Support

REGIONAL_OFFICE_RECEIPT

Physical - Used only on 1st Class Mail when the Fulfillment Partner supports IMB Tracing

LOCAL_OFFICE_RECEIPT

Physical - Used only on 1st Class Mail when the Fulfillment Partner supports IMB Tracing

OUT_FOR_DELIVERY

Physical - Used only on 1st Class Mail when the Fulfillment Partner supports IMB Tracing

Where possible and only if/where supported, if the delivery service provider (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon SES, etc.) is able to confirm item delivery status (delivered or returned), the delivery status will be updated.

There are no guarantee this value added services will be available.
